How to create new Notes users

We are developing an administrative panel for the creation of new users.

Now, you must follow this procedure:

Procedure to request Notes User creation

1) Register the new user on your administrative domain server in the way you know.

During the registration through People -> Register you can set the Mail System to "Other Internet Mail", in this way you avoid creating a mail database on the on-premises environment.

Open the newly created person document and fill in the internet address field with the user's email

This point is important because during the creation and profiling of the user on Cloud-y, this will start with a new mail database.

2) Open a support request via support@factor-y.com indicating the new user to be profiled on Cloud-y.

For each individual user, the following information must be specified in the ticket:

-First name:
-Last name:
-Internet Address:

-Language Template for Notes Client. If not specified we will apply English as default.

3) After opening the call on support, we will take care of the request and then confirm the creation with the relative SmartCloud-y password.
